Registration & Admission

Admission to Saraswati Vidya Mandir School, Gumla is open to students seeking enrollment from Class VI to Class X, subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of the prescribed age criteria for the respective class. Parents/guardians are required to submit the completed admission form along with the necessary documents including the Birth Certificate issued by a recognized authority, previous school Transfer Certificate, and the latest progress report/mark sheet at the time of registration. Registration of a student does not automatically guarantee admission.

Students may be required to appear for an admission assessment or interaction, generally conducted before the commencement of the academic session in April, to evaluate their academic readiness. Admission is granted strictly on the basis of merit, conduct, and seat availability. Incomplete application forms or missing documents will not be considered. The school reserves the right to cancel admission at any stage if any information or documents provided are found to be incorrect.
